Although the Kiwanis Club of Newington has been largely identified by our operation of the flea market, we also volunteer to provide service through a variety of projects. As we grow our membership, we hope to pursue more of this work.
For example, we participated along with other area Kiwanis Clubs to package food to be delivered to area food banks. In particular, Newington Human Services received hundreds of packaged meals that were given out at its food bank.
